Do I need to download software to trade?
There is no need to download any software to trade. All you need to do is register and deposit funds into your account and you'll be ready to start trading binary options. The Web and Mobile Platforms can be accessed directly from your web browser, making set-up quick and convenient.

What do the colors on the scrolling feed indicate?
The colors of the scrolling feed represent the direction of change between the rate at the close of the last trading day and the rate at the opening today. Rates in green represent an increase from the end of the last trading day to opening today and red represents a decrease.
What is the maximum investment amount?
The maximum investment amount with a Credit Card is $20,000. The maximum investment via wire transfer is unlimited.

You can open an account in USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and CAD. Please note that you cannot change your currency selection after registration.

What is a Swift Code?
A SWIFT code is the unique identification code of a particular bank that is used when transferring money between banks. Your bank can tell you what its SWIFT code is. If the SWIFT code comprises only eight digits, you will have to insert XXX at the end.
How can I cancel a withdrawal?
Even if your withdrawal request is being processed, you will still be able to discontinue the withdrawal and return the money to your Instant Options account. The reverse withdrawal option is especially useful when you do not have sufficient funds in your account, but you wish to partake in other activities. In order to cancel a withdrawal, please contact us by either phone or e-mail.
How can I withdraw money from my account?
You can withdraw money from your account via selected deposit method; whether it is via credit card or wire transfer. This can be done through an email request to Support@instant-options.com or through the “My Account” section by filling out the “withdrawal request” form.
All funds invested by a credit card can be withdrawn to the same card only. The maximum withdrawal amount to a credit card cannot exceed the amount invested. Any additional funds can be withdrawn via wire transfer.
What is the deposit and withdrawal procedure ?
To deposit and withdraw any funds with Instant Options the following criteria must be met by each client.
Each client must submit documents authenticating their account with Instant Options.
Those documents are as followed:
1. A Photo ID. This must be government issued and can be a driver's license, passport or residency card.
2. Proof of address such as a utility bill. This must verify your physical or billing address in the country of your residency.
3. If invested through credit card, then a copy of the credit card used for investment must be sent. The copy should be that of the front and back of the credit card with the middle 8 numbers of the card covered and the CVV on the back of the card should be covered as well.
These documents should be scanned and sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name in the subject line of the email.
A client can invest with Instant Options using multiple methods. Those methods are Credit cards, debit cards, and wire transfer.
Instant Options is working daily on providing our clients more processing and investment methods.
The credit card used for a transaction with Instant Options must match the name on the account. Instant Options accepts Visa and MasterCard.
For your own security, please cover the first 12 numbers of the credit card and the CVV code on the back. Documents can be emailed to email@example.com.
The minimum for a wire transfer is $500. Any transfer below the amount of $500 will be charged a $30 fee. The wire transfer must be to the exact details which are posted on the deposit website under wire transfer. You must email a copy of the wire transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org. It can take up to 5 business days for the wire to appear in your Instant Options account.
The finance department handles all withdrawal requests submitted. The documents outlined above must be submitted in order to process a withdrawal.
There is no fee to withdraw via credit card, however any withdraw using bank transfer will incur a processing fee of $30.
Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it can take Instant Options up to 3 business days to process the request. Once the request has been approved, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the funds to show in your account.
Traders are allowed one free wire transfer withdrawal per month. A processing fee of $30 is applied to any additional wire transfers in the same month.

Instant Options Bonus Policy
Instant Options offers a number of attractive reward features to its new and regular customers. Bonuses and one time trading credits rewarded to customers are part of Instant Options's promotions program. These bonuses are limited time offers and the terms and conditions associated with any bonus rewards are subject to change.
If you choose to accept a bonus, you will be required to execute trades to the value of thirty times your initial bonus funds. Therefore, in order to withdraw any funds, the preceding stipulation must be fully met and fulfilled.

A. Everest Forex Bonus Offer

B. REFER A FRIEND
You will be entitled to receive the Refer a Friend Bonus (the “RF Bonus”) if:

What does 'Option Suspended' mean?
Option Suspended is a temporary notice that may appear at times of irregular one way trading and market conditions on a specific asset.
This notice will be removed once conditions have returned to normal.

What are Ladder Options?
Ladder options allow you to make multiple investments on a single asset as its value increases, or as it “climbs” up a ladder. A selection of pre-defined points will be displayed on a specific asset, each one offering you the chance to make a trade and Call or Put should the asset reach it. This allows you the opportunity to benefit from the volatility of an asset, as opposed to only receiving one fixed gain when it closes above or below one specific point.
What is the potential payout for Ladder Options?
When trading with ladder options, there is the potential to earn returns of up to 1500% on out-of-the money investments. For “low risk” investments that are already deep in the money, the expected returns are typically a few percent.

Does Instant Options have fees or commissions?
Absolutely not. There are no commissions or fees on trades.
How can I invest on Instant Options?
Simply choose between buying a “Call” or a “Put” option on any asset which you want to trade. Clicking on the Call/Put button will open a short investment sheet in the same box, where you will be requested to enter the amount of the investment and to approve execution. When you have purchased a trade, you will have 3 seconds to cancel the trade before it is automatically approved.
Please note that the rates continue updating in the investment sheet.
What return will I get if an option expires out of the money?
Your account will be credited automatically with a proportion of your original investment. The proportion you will be credited varies from 0-10% of the value of your original trade, depending on the option you have taken.
For example, if you traded a Nasdaq Call option with a value of $500, and at the time of expiry your trade closed “out of the money” – you would receive a credit on your trade between $0-$50 depending on the option you had bought.
What are the rates displayed in the trading boxes?
The rate is a live feed directly from Reuters adapted using Instant Options algorithms.
What is the expiration rate?
The expiry rate is the level of the underlying asset at the time of expiry of the asset according to Reuters. This is the determining level if the option has expired in-the-money or out-of-the-money. A different expiry rate is determined for each underlying asset.
What is the expiration time?
The expiration time is the time and date at which an option expires.
Why do the rates continue to change before I make a decision?
Instant Options' deals are dependent on the markets, which are dynamic and change all the time. The fluctuations in the market, in currency rates, and in other parameters, affect our fully automated pricing engine. This is why rates and premiums may change all the time.
For your convenience, we developed the currency rates table which displays market data in real time and can give you an indication as to whether the rates are going up or down. When the rates in the bar are green it means they went up since the last update, when they are red it means they went down since the last update.
Why am I unable to make a trade?
There may be a few reasons you are unable to make a trade.
1. All of our assets are available during market trading hours. Outside the market trading hours, the asset will not be displayed on Instant Options.
2. Another reason you may not be able to make a trade could involve insufficient funds in your account. Make sure to check your account balance, which is shown on the top right of the page when you are logged into your account.
3. Some customers may not be able to trade while using unsupported browsers. Instant Options recommends using Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome web browsers when trading on our site.

What is Rollover?
Rollover is a powerful stop loss strategy that allows you to postpone the expiry of your option. When the market disagrees with you, that is – when it looks as though your prediction is not going to be on target by the upcoming expiry date, activate Rollover with the click of a button. This gives you another opportunity to close in the money.
